ICE arrests man charged with sex crimes after local jurisdiction releases him
Special agents from ICE Homeland Security Investigations, in collaboration with the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, have arrested David Perez-Teofani, a 35-year-old Mexican national.
