F.H. Paschen, a construction company with over a century of experience, has been recognized by the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) with the “Award for Excellence in Building Design and Construction.” This accolade acknowledges the company’s work on two significant projects: Courtroom Renovations Phase III and the Hybla Valley Community Center.

This marks the second time F.H. Paschen has received this award from DPWES, having previously been honored in 2021 for their work on the Fairfax County Salt Dome construction project. Charles Lawler, Vice President of F.H. Paschen, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating, “We are honored to receive this award from Fairfax County, which speaks to the collaborative spirit, technical excellence, and community focus that define every project we take on.”

Lawler further emphasized the company’s commitment to creating functional and inspiring spaces while contributing to civic infrastructure in Fairfax County and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.

Since its Mid-Atlantic office opened in 2010, F.H. Paschen has completed over $300 million worth of projects. The office’s team has grown to more than 50 employees, focusing on areas including Loudoun and Fairfax counties. The company is known for its quality execution and strong client relationships.
