The Fairfax County Police Department is actively engaging with the community by participating in and hosting various events. These activities include police district station events, community meetings, and ongoing programs aimed at enhancing public safety, preventing crime, and fostering stronger relationships with local first responders.

Some of this week’s events are as follows:

– On Tuesday, July 22, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, a Scam & Fraud Presentation will be held at Fair Oaks located at 3001 Vaden Dr, Fairfax, VA 22031.
– Also on Tuesday, from 1 pm to 4 pm, Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) Training will take place at Mason located at 6101 Knollwood Dr, Falls Church, VA 22041.
– Another CRASE Training session is scheduled for Tuesday from 6 pm to 8 pm at Fair Oaks located at 12300 Route 50, Fairfax, VA 22033.
– A Stop the Bleed Presentation will occur on Tuesday from 6 pm to 7 pm in Reston at 1801 Cameron Glen Dr, Reston, VA 20190.
– On Wednesday, July 23, a Personal Safety Presentation is planned from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in West Springfield at 6140 Rolling Rd, Springfield, VA, 22152.
– Neighborhood Watch Training is set for Thursday, July 24 from 6 pm to 9 pm in Mason at 6501 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA 22003.
