Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is organizing an instructional job fair on July 23, 2025. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. This job fair aims to attract educators with strong student engagement skills who are passionate about making a positive impact in school communities.

Participants will have the opportunity to network and interview with representatives from various FCPS schools. There is also the possibility of receiving employment offers for current vacancies for the 2025-26 school year during the event. Registration is mandatory for attendance.

Prospective attendees must register by Monday, July 21, 2025, through Brazen/Radancy, the platform managing the job fair registration process. The platform will send out confirmations and reminders via email.

Applicants are encouraged to explore instructional job opportunities within FCPS and apply online by selecting positions for the 2025-26 school year that match their qualifications. It is important that all applicants meet the Virginia Department of Education’s licensure requirements by the contract start date if they are selected for employment.
