Sandy Anderson expressed her enthusiasm for her new role: “I’m honored to serve as chair of the Fairfax County School Board. I look forward to working with my colleagues, our superintendent, and our community to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive. Together, we will continue to prioritize academic excellence, equity, and the well-being of all students in FCPS.”
