Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) has received a letter from the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR), as mentioned in a press release dated July 25, 2025. FCPS officials are currently examining the document and will issue a response once their review is complete.

“FCPS remains committed to fostering a safe, supportive, welcoming, and inclusive school environment for all students and staff.”
