Former McLean High School standout Ryan Soong played on Friday, May 16 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former McLean High School standout Ryan Soong’s current collegiate team the Washington Bears lost 10-9 against the Ohio Northern Polar Bears in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Nicolay Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Ohio Northern Polar Bears in the tournament.

The Washington Bears’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 2:30 p.m. at Nicolay Field.
