On Friday, March 6, the Merchant Marine Mariners, featuring former Flint Hill School standout Tatum Carney, were defeated 71-57 by the Bates Bobcats in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

Alumni Gymnasium hosted the 7:15 p.m. game, marking the team’s first tournament faceoff with the Bates Bobcats.
