On Saturday, April 19, former Flint Hill School standout Jason Mendler’s current college team, the Christopher Newport Captains, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Mary Washington Eagles.
The game took place at Captains Park. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Captains’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23 at 4 p.m. at Royals Field against Eastern Mennonite Royals.
