Detectives from the Mount Vernon Police District are seeking assistance from the community to identify a suspect involved in multiple burglaries in Hybla Valley. On April 17, officers responded to a burglary at La Taza Panaderia on Richmond Highway. The suspect reportedly used a rock to break into the business and stole money before fleeing.

Detectives believe this individual may be linked to similar incidents in the area, where entry was gained by breaking glass doors with a rock. Security footage of the suspect has been obtained.

The police urge anyone with information about these incidents to contact the Mount Vernon District Station or submit tips anonymously through Crime Solvers. Anonymous tipsters may receive cash rewards for information leading to an arrest.

Community members are encouraged to register their cameras with Connect Fairfax County, aiding in crime-solving efforts and investigations. For updates, follow @FairfaxCountyPD on social media platforms.
