Summer Hours
The main office will be open from 9:00am - 1:00pm Mon-Fri throughout the summer. Student services office is open for registrations by appointment by contacting 703-802-5422, or emailing SKLee2@fcps.edu.
WildCat Connections orientation program: Centreville High School is excited to offer our wildCat Connections orientation program to rising 9th and 10th grade students this upcoming summer. This is an optional program designed and taught by Centreville High School staff members and student leaders to provide students with an opportunity to explore the building, meet classmates, and participate in interactive team building activities to help with a successful transition to high school. We know that many students have been away from the school building for well over a year, and this program is designed to help support a successful return to school in the fall.
- Designed for rising 9th and 10th grade students
- August 3rd or August 11th
- 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Lunch will be available, or bring your own
- Registration:
- To register your child, please complete the wildCat Connections Registration Form
- Register by June 4th to allow for proper planning
- Transportation:
- We are planning for bus transportation to be available from local elementary pick-up sites, and we will provide more bus details at a later date.
- Fall sports begin Aug 2nd (golf starts July 29)
- Wildcat Welcome will be held at the school on Wednesday, August 18th, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. This is a family open house event to connect with school, walk the building, learn more about clubs and activities, get a PE uniform, and a host of other opportunities.
- Freshman and new student orientation will be held on the morning of Friday, August 20th where students will follow their schedule and meet their teachers. More information will be shared over the summer.
- The date for Back to School Night is still TBA and will be shared as soon as it is finalized. It will likely be held in early September.
- Monday, August 23rd is the first day of school. School hours return to 8:10 - 2:55.
