County of Ablemarle issued the following announcement on July 28
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
Albemarle County Police Department is proud to participate in this annual event to strengthen the ties between our officers and the community we serve. On Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021, come celebrate with our department at the parking lot of the Charlottesville Fashion Square at 1600 Rio Road E.
