Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 1
On October 27, 2021 City of Fairfax Police investigated a burglary at 10470 Fairfax Boulevard, Tobacco Hut.
Investigation revealed that a male subject broke out the glass to the front doors of the business with a rock before entering. It was determined that the subject stole vaping products before fleeing the scene on foot. The subject was identified and warrants were later obtained for his arrest.
On November 1, 2021 with the assistance of Fairfax County Police the subject was taken into custody. Luis Castillo, 18, of 11760 Rockaway Lane, Fairfax was arrested for Breaking and Entering (18.2-91) and Petit Larceny (18.2-96). Castillo was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on no bond.
