Town of Herndon issued the following announcement on Nov. 10

WHAT: The Town of Herndon’s 42nd Annual Holiday Arts & Craft Show

WHEN: Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

WHERE: Herndon Community Center, 814 Ferndale Ave., Herndon, VA

WHO: Over 70 artisans and crafts people will exhibit and sell their handmade work at this annual arts and crafts show sponsored by the Herndon Parks and Recreation Department.

COST: Free admission and parking

A variety of handcrafted items and fine art will be on sale at the show including jewelry, Christmas ornaments, decorations, original artwork, baked goods, stained glass, wooden crafts, doll clothes, and much more. Participants were chosen based on the quality, originality, and craftsmanship of their items. Over 70 vendors will be selling unique, handmade items, along with tasty holiday treats such as macarons, decorated cookies, dip mixes, and more. Visitors ages 2 and up need to wear a mask while inside the community center regardless of vaccination status.

The Town of Herndon Parks and Recreation Department is a four-time National Gold Medal Award winner for excellence in park and recreation management presented by the American Academy for Park and Recreation Administration.
