The Town of Herndon’s Department of Public Works hosts its annual “Big Truck Days,” an opportunity for children – and their parents – to see the town’s big trucks and heavy equipment on display.
Big Truck Days will take place Thursday, May 5, 9am – 3pm, and Friday, May 6, 9am – 7pm at the Public Works Maintenance Complex, 1479 Sterling Road. The event is free; however, attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations for the needy. Large groups should call ahead.
