The NCAA D3 Baseball Championship Tournament is ready to begin with the collegiate team of former Herndon High School Sam Fairhurst participating

Former Herndon High School player and current Catholic Cardinals right handed pitcher, Sam Fairhurst, will compete in the NCAA D3 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number two seed against the third seeded Adrian Bulldogs.

The first game is on Friday, May 17.
