Three individuals have been charged in connection with a commercial burglary that took place last month at Kile Mart in Reston, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. The arrests followed tips submitted through Crime Solvers.

On October 12 at 10:13 p.m., officers responded to an alarm at Kile Mart on Washington Plaza. Police say three suspects forced entry into the store and stole vape products and other merchandise before fleeing. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division took over the case and reviewed surveillance footage, which indicated one suspect may have sustained a cut during the break-in.

The investigation led officers on October 14 to a residence on Wainwright Drive, where they identified and arrested a 17-year-old juvenile suspect. He was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center and faces charges of Burglary, Grand Larceny, and Destruction of Property.

On October 31, detectives working with Franconia Neighborhood Patrol Units located William Dristy, age 20, of Annandale. He was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Dristy was charged with two counts of Burglary, Grand Larceny, Felony Destruction, and two counts of Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor. He was initially held without bond but has since been released.

A third suspect—a 15-year-old juvenile—was also tracked down by detectives following further investigation. This individual was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center and served petitions for Burglary, Grand Larceny, and Destruction of Property.

Detectives continue to ask anyone with information about this incident to contact the Reston District Station or submit anonymous tips through Crime Solvers by phone or web.
