On Saturday, March 14, Tobin Haire, a former Herndon High School standout, and his current college squad, the Hood Blazers, were defeated 88-71 by the Trinity Bantams in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest was held at Ray Oosting Gymnasium at 4 p.m. and marked the teams’ first tournament meeting with the Trinity Bantams.
